At wildshelter.store, we want every outdoor excursion to be safe and comfortable. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all guy lines, stakes, stuff sacks, and original factory packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a tent or tool with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Tents that have been pitched outdoors, exposed to dirt, moisture, or campfires, or items missing original components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
